Spring Explosion Diptych
Spring Explosion Diptych
Spring Explosion is a small diptych painting that was inspired by the vibrant spring colors - Wisteria, Quinacridone Magenta, Aqua Green, and Winsor Yellow. This is a small abstract. Both 1 and 2 are designed to hang together. Framing them separately and hanging them next to each other would look nice. Also, framing them together in one large frame would look equally nice. Please talk to your framer about this.
I typically use Arches 300 lb. archival watercolor paper for my artwork. However, a friend of mine sent me 2 free samples of Hahnemuhle watercolor paper from Germany. This is the first time I have used this paper and I’m very impressed with it. Since she sent me 2 pieces, I felt a diptych was in order.
This painting is sold matted and I will provide a Certificate of Authenticity if requested.
